Our Hardwood Frame is hand built using the finest “Kiln Dried” Alder for maximum strength and resistance to warping and cracking. All corners and arms have extra reinforcement for added strength. Our frames feature a lifetime warranty against breakage or cracking to the original purchaser under normal household usage.

We use heavy 8 gauge sinuous seat springs on most styles. Our springs system is attached using Teflon coated clips to resist noise.

Our standard cushion is a sandwich construction featuring 2.0 density foam surrounded by slightly softer foam and double fiber wrap for comfort. Our standard cushions feature a 5 year warranty against loss of resiliency. All cushions will soften somewhat with normal usage and that is considered normal. Loss of resiliency is when the foam core resists the ability to recover from compression. Polyester wraps will flatten somewhat over time and cause some wrinkling of the fabric depending on the level of firmness of the original core, this is considered normal wear. We suggest you rotate the cushions weekly to distribute the wear evenly adding to the life of your cushions. Please contact us for Premium High Resiliency Foam Cores or Down blend cushions.

Many of the fabrics we choose for our selection are designed for heavy use areas. Most of the fabrics containing polyester or synthetic yarns are the most durable and easy to clean. Natural fibers tend to be soft and breathe wel, but can be more difficult to spot clean yons tend to have a lustrous and beautiful appearance, but are more suitable for moderate use areas.
